Service and Consultation Rates

Soaring Eagle Computer Services offers competitive rates compared to our competition.  We do not charge extra for Saturdays or a travel charge to service calls within the 60634 zip code.  (See our travel charge policy for details).  You can save even more money by taking advantage of our first-time customer specials or offers posted on our web site from time to time.

Hours of operation are below.  There are additional charges for service calls outside of normal operation and for intricate hardware repair on laptop computers.  Minimum one hour service charge is required service call; billed 15 minute increments thereafter.  A cancellation charge will be accessed on scheduled service calls without a 24-hour notice.  We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.

Monday - Friday: 8 am - 5 pm
Saturday: 9 am - 4 pm
